Returns & Exchanges

Our return and exchange policy is designed to give you complete peace of mind when shopping with MethyBlue. All of our products come with a warranty against manufacturing defects. We also accept exchanges for items that arrive different from what you ordered.

If you receive a product with a defect or something different from your original order, please follow the steps below:

1. Contact our support team via email at support@methyblue.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include clear photos showing the defect or incorrect product. Note: We cannot accept exchange or refund requests submitted after this 3-day window.
2. Your request will be reviewed within 2 business days. Once confirmed, we will contact you and you’ll be able to choose one of the following options:

• Receive a full refund of the purchase amount.
• Receive a replacement product (same as the original order).
• Choose another product of equal value.
• Receive a store credit for future purchases.
